I turn government health policy and regulatory strategy into business growth and a competitive advantage. That has been the common thread in my career across 15+ years in healthcare technology, federal government, and nonprofit leadership.

Currently I lead policy strategy and strategic partnerships and alliances at Innovaccer, a market-leading healthcare AI and data platform company. Before Innovaccer, I was CEO of Civitas Networks for Health, a national nonprofit focused on health data and interoperability. I led the organization through a merger, grew membership to 180+, managed a multi-million P&L, and built diversified revenue across grants, partnerships, membership, and events.

Earlier in my career, I served at the CMS Innovation Center, where I led health IT, interoperability, and AI initiatives. I ran the CMS AI Health Outcomes Challenge, wrote interoperability language that went into federal regulation, and advised the Innovation Center on health IT strategy for value-based care. I started in healthcare technology as a growth marketing executive at an electronic health records company, building a team of 30 full-stack marketers and driving platform adoption.

I hold an MBA from Purdue and an MPH from Harvard. I host The Policy Stack Podcast, co-host the Health Tech Talk Show, and I've spoken at HIMSS, HLTH, ViVE, CMS conferences, and 30+ other national events. My writing has been published in NEJM AI and Health Affairs, and I'm regularly cited in healthcare trade media and national publications.
